The son of a Real Estate Developer, Azeez Khan was raised in Mumbai, India before coming to United States in 2001 to pursue Bachelors Degree at The University of Georgia.
In 2003 after graduating with honors at The University of Georgia Azeez started working for a Big 4 consulting firm. Azeez has over 12 years of Management Consulting Experience providing Advisory services to several fortune 100 companies.
In 2013 Azeez pursued his life-long passion in Real Estate with the goal to generate capital gains, passive income, and long term equity appreciation for his company partners and investors through the purchase and leverage of real estate investments.
Azeez has experience in all different aspects of real estate from marketing, rehab, complex multi-family re-positioning, buying-selling real estate investments; government owned properties, flips, land acquisitions and new development. He is an active member in the Atlanta real estate community and hosts several events throughout the year for real estate professionals. He is currently a candidate pursuing Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
